?I did two toyota conversions. I used the Supra and the gear ratios are exactly the same as a Healey. If you original Healey transmission works, I would keep it in your car. I changed because it was cheaper to convert versus rebuilding my Healey transmission which needed a new laygear, first gear and reverse gear. Jerry BN4 BJ8
