[Healeys] BJ7 with four front lights

Swedish and German export cars were set up this way.  The car should
have column steering lock/ignition switch as well.

Also check the wiring harness, does it look like it came from the
factory, or does it look like it came from the household wiring
section at Home Depot?

If you can answer those questions, you will know if it's correct.
Having the BMIHT cert will also help.
