[Healeys] Web updates last half December

1. The manual Tuning Lucas Ignition Systems was found to be corrupted. It is
now OK. Located on the Manuals Page.

2. The Clubs listed in the Links page Clubs section and Registration
Requirements have been merged and put in alphabetical order by State/Country
and moved to a separate page. They can still be accessed from the links at
the top of the Links page. If your club is not listed, please let me know!!

3. Added listings for over 30 more Healey clubs.

4. Great article on Shelley jacks on the Technical page, Miscellaneous
section.
