[Healeys] Front Hub Removal

Thank you all for your suggestions. Peter's suggestion worked well. The stub
axle appears to be OK with solid threads. Now I need to replace all of the
small bits, grease the new bearings and put it back together. This could have
been a whole lot worse - I dodged a bullet, so to speak.
