[Healeys] Front disc brakes locking up after rebuild

If both the front wheels are staying on it is unlikely that there is  
a problem in both calipers or caliper hoses. The problem is most  
likely that the master cylinder piston is sticking in that master  
cylinder bore.

If only one wheel is hanging up then the problem is most likely a  
caliper or hose.
