You might try replacing the rotor with a new one and see what happens. I had
the same problem awhile ago and couldn't see any visible damage to the old
rotor. Put a new one on and everything was fine. Some of the rotors available
are notorious for developing very small cracks that can't be seen by the naked
eye. Jeff at Advanced Distributors sells a very high quality rotor.
