[Healeys] Continuing the thermostat thread

Not just Healeys.  Any engine will have a temp spike after shut down
as the coolant is no longer circulated, and all that built up heat is
transmitted to the non-circulating coolant.  This is called heat soak.
It will be very evident on a big cast iron lump like a Healey engine.
Less so on an aluminum block engine.
