[Healeys] "Factory" (dealer-installed) radios

Lots of foreign cars had positive ground including VWs.  In addition I
believe several haulers and trucks made by International Harvester and
Peterbuilt used positive ground as well, so the Motorolas had the
switch on the back for either grounding system.
