[Healeys] Shock link color

Are these the rear shock links between the level arm and the frame bracket on a BJ8?  

I removed mine and sent them up to Peter when he did my shocks. I think, believe, vaguely remember they appeared to be unpainted when I removed them (after 30 years in a barn). Peter bead blasted them and returned them unpainted, whereas he painted the shocks black.
