[Healeys] Rear breaks locking

If your rear wheels locked and your fronts didn't, I would suspect the
rubber hose connecting the main brake pipe to the axle pipe.  These hoses
typically delaminate inside, creating a check valve in the hose, and your
brakes will lock on.  Go for the Goodrich uprated SS braid hoses, best money
you'll ever spend on your brakes.
