[Healeys] Fuel tank -- winterizing

I've had pretty good luck with STABIL over the years, in one case having my
BN1 sit 18 months.  Started on first try, mixed in some fresh gas and then
drove for a good 300 miles before parking it again for another 12 months...
repeat.
