[Healeys] Brake caliper bolts

If not absolutely necessary do not take the halves apart. However if you 
must, your main worry is the proper O-rings to seal them when you 
reassemble the callipers. There is no need to replace the bolts with new 
ones when they are undamaged. Use Locktite when you fit them.
