No, the BN2 takes ribbon band clamps (if memory serves, I think Norman 
called them "Jubilee clamps." Check with British Car Specialists; if anyone has 
them, they will.
But don't guess; order the concours guidelines from Mike Osipik (info in 
the back of the AH Magazine) and be sure.
