[Healeys] 100/4 BN1 overheating

Dave,
If its not the head gasket, the 100 cylinder heads are prone to crack. If
there are cracks in the cylinder head the symptoms are like yours -
overheating. I have three of these heads lying in the loft.

1954 100/4 BN1 new thermostat,new water pump,aftermarket electric fan,radiater
boiled and tested,exhaust manifold jethotted.This car is still running hot and
after a short time starts to kill.The carbs were synched and timing
set.Air/fuel mixture adjusted.What is the next step?
