[Healeys] sand in your luggage rack.............?

Common practice, but messy. Do not use it on a chromed or aluminium 
luggage rack, only on SS because of corrosion as the sand will hold 
water that will ingress and will rot out the rack. Use lead shot if 
weight is not a problem or pour hot bitumen mixed with sand in the tubes.
