[Healeys] Carb - Adjustments

That is way to low. If everything is correct they should be  
approximatly  1/16 down from flush. Even with the choke pulled you  
will not get 3 / 8. Are you sure you are measuring it correctly.  If  
so you must have the choke pulled out of the choke is suck on.
