[Healeys] nut type for Smiths heater assembly for BN2

Smiths equip will use BSF.  If the diameter is the same, use the BSF
nuts I sent you with the H6 LM kit manifold.  Let me know the shaft
diameter and/or the part no. and I'll send you a couple extra BSF
nuts.. I have lots!
