That was a serious problem we faced here in Australia so we have a single
class for ex Works cars, Warwick Healeys, prototypes and other ring ins.

What would it take for Goldie to reach a Gold Level in concours?  Or a 100S or
a factory competition/rallye car? Don't think we've ever had categories for
non-production cars, but I suppose it could be feasible.
