[Healeys] Water pump pully removal

If its a replacement pump, it will be a press on / off pulley.  Just take it
to a machine shop.  Factory pumps had a bolt on pulley, but that was phased
out almost immediately with rebuilds, I guess the factory stop providing
threaded shafts.
