[Healeys] Printing error in Chris Harvey´s book

I was kicked to Austin Healey colour codes given in Chris Harvey's book "The
Handsome Brute".
On page 208 there are given "basic colour code schemes", i.e. Colorado
Red/Ivory, Black/Pink, Pacific Green/Black, Aluminium, British Racing
Green/Ivory White, British Racing Green/Old English White.
Are these "basic colour codes" just the ones which were painted on maybe only
one specific car by order or are these just printing errors in Harvey's book?
