[Healeys] Special Washers - Float Chamber top fitting

Yep, them theres da Dowty Seals.  Now I have a name for em.  Need the small
diameter so the washer fits in the banjo fitting's groove.

Gotta love this list, have some obscure question, get an obscure answer...
and generally more accurate than Cliff Clayburn....
