[Healeys] Keep left

Bernard, come to The Netherlands and you'll see our trains (and trams, and
buses, and cars, and lorries) drive on the richt track/part of the road. As
soon as our international trains move into Belgium they move to the left
track. Don't know how it's in Germany.
