[Healeys] Exhaust hanger in compression

This is a far better construction than the rubber in tension. However if 
you move the bracketery to the rear edge of the floor pan, you can make 
the brackets simpler and with much more space to work on, L bracket to 
the vertical part, U bracket to the exhaust pipe with the rubber in 
between. You would also have more space for the exhaust pipe to move about.
