[Healeys] Shift boot clamp ring

Hi Dave,

I have one on my shift lever boot. It'll fit if you put it over the stem on the
boot before sliding the boot over the shift lever. It helps to put a little
silicone oil on the lever beforehand.

This'll bring up the old 'stem up or down' discussion. It's probably supposed
to be down, but why bother chroming the ring if you can't see it? Anyway, in my
experience the boot lasts a LOT longer with the stem up.
