[Healeys] Conclave - proof of auto insurance -Canadian perspective

It's really quite simple; it is illegal to drive without insurance in every 
Province. Therefore, if stopped you will be asked to produce proof that you 
are insured. All motoring matters are under provincial jurisdiction, the 
border is Federal. Safe trip.
