[Healeys] Spedo/Cable/Angle Drive - BJ8

I stand (sit) corrected.  I've been into my speedo a lot lately, and it's hard 
to believe the little bits inside could freeze up a cable and break the angle 
drive (without blowing the speedo apart).  The angle drive must be REALLY fragile.
