[Healeys] Carburetor

Hi Keith

I understand the theory behind this is to balance the pressure in the float 
chambers. However, I didn't do this with the Ward Spl when I put the cold 
air box on - the overflows just go to air down below the manifold. No ill 
effects that I can tell!
