[Healeys] Routing of Speed cable BJ8 Right hand drive

The routing is the same whether LHD or RHD.  It goes through the hole
in the center top front of the fibreglass gearbox tunnel.  There is a
special grommet there to keep hot drafts out of the cockpit.
