[Healeys] BN1 front hubs

Greetings Listmates,  I thought I had a pair of 100-6 front hubs for disc
wheels. In trying to disassemble the hub I discovered that the outer bearing
is full of ball bearings, not the Timken tapered bearings. Can the later
bearings be fitted to these hubs? Are they worth anything if they cannot be
fitted with the later bearings?  Thanks, Richard
