[Healeys] Muffler for Healey 100

I have to agree with Michael - spend more than 20 minutes on the freeway and
you will start damaging your hearing.  Keeping the cars quieter is a good
idea.  The stock silencers still give enough of a sporty note, even on my
BJ8.
