[Healeys] Tires again

I have always followed the recommendation in the owner's manual 25# in the
front and 30# in the rear.  When I got my new tires from Hendrix he
recommended 30# on all four.  I tried that, but the car did not hold the
road as well so I dropped the fronts back to 25#.
