[Healeys] Real-time Help Needed

Mike,

Sounds like a bad connection at the battery or to ground. Feel around for a 
terminal that is getting hot as you try to crank the starter. I've seen 
exactly this symptom more than once. Last time was with a customer's new 
Optima gel cell battery with brass screw-in post type trminals. He had his 
battery cables tight on the brass posts, but they were loose where they 
screw into the battery.
