[Healeys] Speedo Cable and the washer

Bob,

I have been told that if the cable goes to far into the speedo it can 
cause the speedo bearing to freeze which results in a broken angle 
drive. I am not sure what the correct penetration should be though. 
Angle drives can be easily repaired.
