[Healeys] Steering Wheel Paint

I've restored a couple of steering wheels and used SEMS vinyl trim  paint.  
On my TR3A, it remained intact for the 6 years that I owned  it.  The paint 
stood up to sun and handling very well with no hint of  peeling.
