[Healeys] Smittys and Speedo

Bob -
There's nothing complicated about this. The speedo needs to be
rebuilt by a specialist. The average layman can't repair this type of
failure without risking destroying the delicate instrument. It has
nothing to do with the conversion.
Suggest either Moma or Nisonger.
