[Healeys] Fasteners Securing Cardboard Around Fuel Filler Pipe, BJ8

The Concours Guide was misquoted. It states under the BN4 section (first of 
the 4 seaters that had this cardboard cover) that the screws were Phillips. 
Of course the BJ8 series had similar screws but they were Posidrives. Yes, 
the judges would know the difference.
