[Healeys] thinner carb insulation block

Someone from Oz had asked me if it was possible to remove the dome on my
front HD8 with the DMD manifold, to which I had replied--No it's not--the
carb is partially under the fender due to the 1/2" thick insulating blocks.

FYI--the XKE uses a 1/8" insulating spacer which will move the carbs in
enough to make the front dome clear the fender opening.

I got mine from Joe Curto, but they're likely available from any of the SU
suppliers.
