[Healeys] 100-4 wire location question.

Hi again,

Still working with my friend on his 1954 AH 100-4 BN1.  We were wondering
about the wrapped wires that go across the car, just in front of the radiator,
near the top of the radiator.  Sort of like where the bonnet hinges are.  The
wrapping on his cable is starting to get cut by the hinges, and we were
wondering if there is suppose to be some kind of clips that support this cable
as it passes across the car, but keeps it away from the hinges.
