[Healeys] Tire Questions Again

I just put a set of Kumhos on my Sprite. They suck if I'm on the freeway
with grooved concrete. I thought at first that the toe in was off. Nope.
It's the tires. The rears grab as bad as the fronts. The toe is ok there as
well. 
They're fine on asphalt or smooth concrete. Go figure.
