Dave,

I liked the blog entry "545 PEOPLE By Charlie Reese".  It goes well
with one of my favorite sayings:

It's unbelievable how many people either don't know, or choose to
ignore, the indisputable fact that all laws including budgets are
created by Congress.  No one else can pass a law or spending bill. To
the lobbyists point in "545 People", lobbyists and special interests
don't have any power to vote on any law yet the politicians blame them
because they know the ill-informed voters well believe them.
