In this part of the world that won't happen. 10 Years and most cars that are
used year round are rotted to the point that they are unsafe.

I feel that this 10 years could be improved upon immensely without too much
cost!!

Thanks Jim.  Makes me feel better about my 14 year old Dakota!  Although it
