[Healeys] seat belts

  Ken Taplin ... lf you crash into a stopped car or an
solid object you will stop VERY quick , your chest
will hit the steering wheel and your passenger will
hit dash , major damage ... the only help would be if
you had 3 point seat belts and was wearing them ...
