[Healeys] BN1 cockpit combings, shift knob and top frame required

I'm gathering up the parts required to restore my very early BN1.
I have just about everything except the above.
I'm looking specifically for the front and rear combing sections and an
original Bakelite shift knob for a 3 speed gearbox.
I don't mind if the top frame is has broke rails, I can repair those.
Any help would be appreciated.
