 Thanks for the info.  Looks like Victoria British has the foam elements.  
 
I cut a hole in the back plate and soldered a short length of 1/2" copper tubing to the back plate for the vent hose.

Hopefully from British Specialties.  That's where I ordered mine from
and they list replacement filters as being available.  How did you hook
up the vent pipe, if you don't mind me asking?
