[Healeys] steering box removal

i have found that just putting a new seal in does not work most of the time.
the problem is that the steering shaft has a small groove worn where the seal
rubs.  it may not go all the way round the shaft, but it causes the new seal
to start leaking.  i have removed the rocker shaft and polished it up with
fine sandpaper and crocus cloth and it seems to have helped in most cases.
