[Healeys] Tri-Carb choke cables - securing

I would really look at the choke assembly itself. When this was my problem, 
I found that the assy was so stiff that the choke would barely move, open or 
close, via the cables. That was what was causing all the cable movement that 
you describe. It may actually NOT be a DPO problem.
