[Healeys] Question I should know the answer to Re: clutch master

I'm away from my Healey and--since I finally fired it up again after  
a few years of it sitting in my driveway--the clutch line seems to be  
swollen shut.

Is this something I can replace from under the car without removing  
the tunnel?
