Norm,
       I don't think Dave meant to Alarm anyone just to inform that this 
problem seems to have hit home to someone that is so close and important to 
the Healey  business.    Glad to hear it has not affected you and your 
family.  I think it was the maps that they showed of entire subdivisions 
that had multiple foreclosures that caught my attention the most.   Not to 
mention the forclosure "bus tours" that someone thought up to show some of 
these beautiful homes that people just walked away from because of the 
subprime mortgage crap.
      This really seems to be more of a territorial problem in the country, 
not a complete flushing of the US.   The housing in my IN. area is good, 
houses are still being built and sold.   Just goes to show ya that if you 
don't like what you hear on one news channel ,  change the station,  its 
bound to be a different point of view.
     Its too bad "Doom and Gloom" is what sells in this country and catches 
peoples attention the most.  Lets hope things get back to the positive soon.
