[Healeys] Castrol classic car oil

This issue has probably been discussed many times, but I use Val VR1 20/50 racing oil in my Healey and E-Type.  It does have the ZDDP in it.  Now---does it have "enough"-----Don't know.  

Ignorance is bliss---I guess:)
