[Healeys] Add overdrive

Bob -

I am pretty sure that BN4s, BN6s, and early BN7/BT7s came with a 4.1 rear
end with overdrive and a 3.9 rear end w/o.  I don't think they introduced
the 3.5 rear end until the Mk1 came out sometime.
